THIS IS THE TOP MODELS IN THIS IS Bonsoir and Bon Chance, Mon Chou Marjorie

Even Jay Manuel's cheerleading wouldn't help Marjorie get her usual great poses this time.

THIS IS THE FRENCH GIRLS WITHA FACE  THAT LED TO OUR LITTLE MARJORIE'S DOWN FALLON AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODELS

Last week, it was the nerves. This week, it might have been the drink that led to our little Marjorie’s downfall on America’s Next Top Model.

In the next to last episode of Cycle 11, the French girl with a face that could launch a thousand ships (sorry about the cliche) was sent packing back to San Francisco.

In an attempt to calm her nerves, she may have gone to far. The night before the elimination shoot, Marjorie invited some guys come over to the girls’ digs, and lots and lots of wine was poured.

She ended up in the bathtub, clothed, and Analeigh and the other girls had to play nurse.

The next day, Marjorie looked lethargic — even in a shocking pink outfit — at the shoot in the Dutch countryside, and Jay Manuel had a rough time getting a good pose from her.

That night at the apartment, she drank more wine, saying she had to be calm, calm, calm in front of the judges. Instead the panel was turned off by her almost zombie-like attitude.

Earlier on the show, Marjorie glowed in the first challenge in which the models had to do a TV ad by not using words. The challenge included kissing a sexy male model. Marjorie’s surprising twist and playful attitude earned her a $10,000 dollar shopping spree. She chose Analeigh to go with her, and in a generous gesture, split the money down the middle.

Speaking of Analeigh, she barely finished behind Marjorie in the without words challenge. All the judges were impressed with the Sacramento charmer’s acting abilities. And she won the photo shoot, beating out a striking McKey, with a hair-raising in-the-air shot that blew everyone away.

Next week, Analeigh, McKey and Samantha vie for the coveted title. If another Cover Girl ad is among the challenges, and Analeigh, who found herself in the bottom early on, can replicate “the best ever” Cover Girl shot she did this season, Northern California might just be home to America’s Next Top Model

THIA IS SPCIAL PHOTO IN THIS Flushing Her Woes Away

“J’adore how she is making a pee pee.”

Thus proclaimed Tyra Banks during the judges’ deliberations of “America’s Next Top Model” on Wednesday night.

And who was she referring to? Why, our little Marjorie, of course. After a not so stellar previous week, Marjorie ROCKED this week. And it was probably just coincidence but the usually loquacious Tyra who was quiet last week played a prominent role once again.

Hand delivering the Tyra Mail wearing a sexy postal outfit, Ms. Banks came to teach the girls the art of posing. Tyra’s tip was to take on a role, find your asset. Most of the girls seemed to struggle, but Marjorie came roaring in as The Hunchback of Notre Dame. And taking instruction from Tyra, she worked out the kinks, came out with the best posed shot and won the challenge.

For her victory, she was allowed to choose one person and go to a diamond jewelery store. Marjorie picked Analeigh of Sacto, and each of them ended up with four-figure necklaces, Analeigh choosing a diamond peace sign, and Marjorie an interesting square pendant piece.

Now for the shoot.

It was awards night and each of the eight models had a different role. Marjorie went first — and she was an actress who had to go to the bathroom. Right from the start, she nailed it. Mr. Jay was just delighted with her shoot. It seemed every shot was a winner.

Analeigh had to play an ambitious reporter with an attitude (aren’t we all?) and she did very well too.

The big complaint up until now about Analeigh was whether the pretty girl was model material. Others with good shots were Samantha — the closest we have in Cycle 11 to a beyotch, but even she’s pretty tame in the nasty department.

McKey also shined but I’m beginning to wonder if she has any personality at all. Elina, one of the big favorites, had to show emotion after winning an award. She finally lost her oh so famous control but for some reason in her pose, the tears didn’t look real.

So time for the results: Marjorie was the double winner, being called up first. The judges admitted they are warming up to Analeigh and she got the second call up. So all you doubters about Northern California beauty, take a backseat. We are gorgeous up here! Tough talking Sheena and lovely Lauren Brie (an early favorite) ended up in the bottom two. Lauren Brie shockingly went home.

2012 Nissan GT-R facelift makes an appearance in Paris

2012 Nissan GT-R facelift makes an appearance in Paris

We were surprised to find out that Nissan is showing off the facelifted 2012 Nissan GT-R at the Paris Motor Show with no fanfare whatsoever.  Perhaps it is because the highly sought after street-legal race car was spied a few days ago fully undisguised at the Nurburgring.

As expected, the car has a center-mounted rear LED fog light to comply with EU rules, but the car also looks to have more glossy black center section around the license plate and headlamps washers than what the spied prototype was displaying.  The car, situated next to a very bored looking model, also has LED daytime lights on either side of the new front bumper.

We're betting the car went unannounced because final power figures have not been determined.  After all, the GT-R fanbase craves that data more than just about anything.  Rumor has it the power output could top 540 PS, but no confirmation on that just yet.  As previously reported, we expect an upgraded braking system, chassis and suspension.  A new rear diffuser is also added at the back.

The 2012 Nissan GT-R will likely get a formal announcement in the fourth quarter of 2010.
